Hope Burnside

I never grew out of the childhood habit of asking "why?" Before you click away, consider for a moment that this may be exactly the kind of person your company needs. Without knowing the reason behind our actions, we often find ourselves wasting time, money, and other resources, without moving any closer to our goals. Amongst my friends and family I am known as the planner, and am naturally detail-oriented. If we take a day trip, I try my best to avoid any wasted time and money. Your constituencies might appreciate knowing that their money is not being wasted, and/or that there will be no unnecessary delays. In contrast, I have also been known as spontaneous. I like to have a plan, but I have come to expect the unexpected. As long as we remember the reason we have set out to do something (we remember our "why?") then we will not stray too far, and our goals will be reached. If you are looking for someone who is not afraid to ask the tough questions, someone who will work to see your company to thrive, then I am your girl.
