You look for one that knows the area well. You look for one that is educated, so that there won't be any difficulties with contracts, or negotiating. You look for one that knows how to market your home. You look for one who is patient and not one who will push you into something that you aren't comfortable with. You look for one who is available by cell phone, office phone and email.A little about me.
