Technical Program Manager over Sortation Software. Direct ownership over Sub-Same Day Delivery, Retrofit/Expansion, ATS, and Emerging Country Core Fullfilment programs. Direct ownership of all sortation projects in the NE North America region. Began my career with Amazon as an operational team lead and from there obtained 3 promotions within operations and launched 3 warehouses. From operations was recruited as a Process SME on the Corporate Launch team, focusing heavily on systemic issue correction, operational training, process improvement and pre-testing of new launches. From there was recruited to the Engineering team to further focus on software and services related to MHE sortation. I've never shied away from learning and mastering new processes quickly and effectively. I feel truly lucky to have had the opportunities presented to me at Amazon to build my people leading skill as well as challenge myself in individual contributor roles in fields that were initially unfamiliar to me.
