I am a highly driven construction professional currently working in the heavy civil industry with experience in both heavy civil and commercial as a general contractor. I possess a blend of skills including technical, negotiation, leadership, project management, financial management, and problem solving that can help orchestrate anything into success. I am goal oriented and hold myself accountable to meeting those goals individually and professionally. The Construction industry has a very common saying, "That's how we've always done it" and is known for being far behind technological advancements. Whatever it is we are doing, we should be doing it the best and most efficient way possible. I am continually seeking to improve my ways of working and my employer's ways of working. Whether that be through the aid of technology or a more efficient process. What is my main goal? I want to excel at my job by doing each and every task the safest and most intelligent way possible. Not just for the betterment of myself or my company, but for my industry as a whole.
