 Responsible for handling all sales related administration for all New Car Sales Executives, from time of receiving sales agreement through to collection of customers’ vehicle from service dept. (after PDI) by the Sales Executives concerned and invoicing the orders.  Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments. Create new opportunities and car reservation using ORACLE, maintains records, prepares reports, and performs work processing assignments and related clerical duties.  Provide information to assist clients or refer them to appropriate contacts, either in the organization or elsewhere and handling there complaints and solve it efficiently.  Arranging the export deals from booking the car, arranging the export certificates and the exit papers until delivering it to the port and following the exit papers.  Handling some of operational assignments i.e. Arranging the sales orders through the ORACLE system and invoice them and also preparing the service contracts and rust proofing orders.  Holding Kia Sharjah Showroom display cars inventory.  Arranging all the required documents for registering the cars i.e. Cell litters & insurances.  Holding Abu Dhabi & Al Ain online registrations for all Kia branches.  Performing some accounts tasks such as handling the insurance debit/credit notes, rechecking salesman calculations of the deals & holding petty cash for Abu Dhabi online registrations.  Handling and observing all delivery procedures such as preparing the delivery documents, preparing the car for delivery & assisting the customer on delivery time.  I am well conversant with Microsoft Office, Oracle and Citrix.
