Currently, I am part of the connector craft at human-centered design studio (D-Ford) within Ford. I bring vast product development experience with human-centered approach at planning phase of future vehicles at Ford. I was heavily involved launching prototype vehicles, including plug-in hybrid vehicles. I love the fast paced nature of the job & I gained tremendous experience dealing with vehicle launch issues. I enjoyed problem solving, which is right up my alley! My profile underscores my experience and strong technical knowledge in next gen automotive Powertrain thermal management. My philosophy is to ultimately develop the best product which meets its functional requirements and exceeds customer expectations. Considerable analytical experience have always kept me laser focused to be a data driven engineer. This approach has also facilitated me to be more articulate and efficient in my problem solving techniques. I have been involved in projects and tasks which were urgent and critical- both for most of the time. I have always enjoyed working alongside my colleagues, which has also helped me to be efficient in my outputs.
