Hussein has 17+ years of experience in consulting focusing on large scale transformations in complex ecosystems involving strategy, target operating model, implementation, culture and change enablement across multiple sectors including government, health, oil & gas and utilities. Prior to joining PwC in 2019, Hussein was part of the Talent & Org. Practice at Accenture for 6+ years and was the Organizational Change lead in Accenture MET and earlier part of the Strategy & Organization practice of Arthur D. Little. Hussein is also a member of the Digital Accelerators program at PwC. Hussein specializes in a variety of areas including: - Strategy development & execution - Culture & change management - Organizational transformation - Capability development and sustainability - Analytics, Automation and Digitization Hussein is Prosci certified, holds a Nano Degree in Predictive Analytics, an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration & Management.
