I have been building a strong career as Production Coordinator and development. I implement my duty to cost for achieving a target IMU, and tracking sample from develop to shipping, correspond with vendors for keeping production schedule on time, work with cross functional team for T/P, CAD, PO, and approval on submits in effective work flow. I am working for Gap international Sourcing Korea and got to learn about global market business, which is fast environment and diverse of market, systematic process. I have worked for wholesale companies in New York, which deal with knit, woven and swimwear for major department such as JCP, Macy’s and walmart. I've built a strong relationship with major vendors in Korea. I have technical knowledge on garment and construction, so it helps for fitting cooperating with Tech designer, it helps for costing as well. I’ve handled various categories like contemporary men’s and Junior & kids active wear and swimwear, print as well. I am a self starter and highly organized with a keen eye for detail and overview the status, which is important for a production manager. I am flexible, quick to learn new skill to adjust myself to multiple works proficiently, and strive to continually learn or update my competency. Also I am able to prioritize workload and work effectively for multiple tasks. Skills and Qualifications - Production development coordinator - Development : Sourcing, Costing, BOM, Negotiation, updating & maintaining COST & SAMPLE chart, tracking SAMPLES in a timely manner. - Production: review orders from sales/IM, manage PO, follow up vendor & buyer/ cross functional team, T&A, WIP, attend/arrange Fitting, Data entry to PLM, Liaise with licenser, monitoring Shipping, filing for record. Technical knowledge of garment construction and pattern. - ECOMMERCE: Photoshot, Update photo, generate Catalog, email marketing to customers
