Hi there! Each day I get to work with highly intelligent, engaged people who have a real passion for what they are doing. My role is to help them to reach their potential and define long successful careers into the future. To do this I try to leverage my 18 years+ experience of working in Technology. I love building teams and I'm a huge advocate for coaching, driving to achieve strategic goals and challenging people to exceed what they believe they are limited to! I am passionate about encouraging both individual and team efficiency through communication, creativity and focusing on productivity. I work best in environments where there is a strong team culture and innovation is encouraged. Lastly a little about me personally: I'm the proud dad of Charlotte and Chloe, a rugby fan, a poor golfer, fond of tech, love food and travel.
