As a confident and motivated construction professional with over 18 years' experience in the industry I have worked on a range of public and private sector ventures across each stage of the project's life-cycle from inception to completion. My experience includes projects undertaken in education, commercial, civic, residential and industrial sectors. With a keen focus on Client relationship building and commitment to professional excellence. I have developed skills across a broad range of management services including planning, design, stakeholder engagement, programming, project budget and risk controls, procurement, superintendent services, defects and project finalisation. I have worked as a professional Quantity Surveyor in South Africa, the UK and Australia and as a Project Manager in Australia. I have provided product specialist services for CostX in the UK, Middle East, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. This has provide me with a broad knowledge of the construction sector in a global context and an understanding of the use of technology in the sector.
