My hard skills are in driving Strategic Organizational Change and Digital Transformation in complex environments to deliver tangible benefits to employees and customers. My soft skills are in Storytelling; drawing people into the narrative as it evolves and bringing them on the journey of change. At the core, I am a Disruptor of the status quo.I have straddled functional and technology environments to bring the most effective solutions to reality, delivering sustainably better experiences for employees, driving up employee engagement and productivity, while lowering cost and risk, and I know that telling the story of change enhances the success of change. I am an Advocate of Agile in everything that I do, and I maintain a Growth Mindset that feeds my desire to continuously read and learn.I take an active role with leadership development and coaching for junior leaders across various organizations, and I continue to be an active coach and referee for the wonderful game of rugby.
