Ian Redfern

I have over 30 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry (including the water and gas sectors). Because my experience has covered all aspects of the construction process, my future interest is in supporting construction businesses on an interim or contract basis. I can meet company needs by offering services that must be both cost-effective and flexible for the business. The role I can offer is as a leader, manager, mentor, or someone that is "hands on" to complete a task. I am particularly keen to assist in the area of commercial risk management at either project or company level. Much of my experience has been in the management of commercial contracts, resolution of claims and disputes, and the review/auditing of project and company cost and forecasting reports.
