My goal is to mobilize creative capacity in others, guiding them to explore complex challenges from different perspectives and helping them realize A-HA moments. I'm devoted to the study of creative process and cognition and driven to help individuals and teams better tap into their own creative potential. Drawing upon more than 20 years' experience across a number of industries including financial services, healthcare, life sciences, technology, media and entertainment, as well as governmental and not-for-profit organizations. Former Regional Market Lead for the Deloitte Greenhouse in Toronto, current Senior Facilitator with the New York Greenhouse leading labs with clients across the United States. The Greenhouse is a Creative Problem Solving accelerator within Deloitte. We are a team of designers, producers, and facilitators who deliver immersive, multi-sensory experiences to help our clients explore complex business challenges, guiding them to breakthrough solutions. My background includes an MSc in Creativity, Innovation and Change Leadership from the State University of New York at Buffalo; a certificate in Human Resources from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Business; and an Honours degree in Neuroscience, Biology, and Music from the University of Toronto.
