Ian Sinderhoff

Ian specializes in representing land owners, investors, land developers, and home builders in the acquisition and disposition of residential land in the Inland Empire. Ian’s primary responsibilities include sourcing new team opportunities, researching properties, coordinating marketing initiatives, managing client relationships, and directing the transaction process. Since joining Land Advisors in 2013, Ian has played an integral role in the successful transaction of more than 7,000 lots with a transaction value in excess of $200 million. Prior to joining Land Advisors, Ian was an attorney with Brown, Udell, Pomerantz & Delahim, Ltd. Focusing on environmental and property law. During this time, he helped operate Brownfield Management Associates where he assisted clients, including Fortune 100 companies, to reposition and divest environmentally-challenged properties.
