I am an experienced Partner specialising in Internal Audit, risk management and controls, based in the Midlands but working nationally. I have over 20 years experience of working with FTSE100 and 250 businesses in leading, supporting and transforming internal audit, corporate governance, risk management and control teams and working with internal audit teams, boards and audit committees to shape and deliver their audit, assurance, control and risk management needs. I have worked in a number of sectors including, TMT, power & utilities, manufacturing, consumer products and retail with a particular focus in the last 10 years on the TMT and utilities sectors. Specialities: internal audit, enterprise risk management, corporate governance, controls advisory, non-financial assurance, Sarbanes-Oxley, control effectiveness and process change. I am a Chartered Accountant and member of the ICAEW.
