Ian Wilcox

Retired RAF Warrant Officer and Principle Operating Department Practitioner with significant post qualification experience in the clinical environment with added clinical qualifications to support mentoring and training and development, coupled with career management and welfare responsibilities of personnel. I am seen as an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the Operating team that always strives to maintain the highest standards especially when working under pressure, and an excellent team leader with exceptional communication skills that can work autonomously or as team player. I have always been highly motivated, adaptable and forward thinking with using analytical, outside the box, thinking to resolve problems and deliver results to satisfactory conclusions. I left the RAF in June 2020 and have started a new job at Ramsay health care. I still consider my options as my experience can diversify into both clinical and non clinical roles and am currently exploring industries.
