Aktuelt er jeg på tabt arbejdsfortjeneste, dvs jeg er “ansat” af vores kommune til at passe min søn med angst og skolevægring. Det er ikke mit drømmejob, men det er det vigtigste job jeg nogensinde får. Vi ses når min søn har fået det godt igen. ————- I have been working with HR since 2008 and consider myself a dynamic and agile hands-on HR generalist. Although I am good at identifying business needs, I collaborate closely with top- and middle management with an outside-in perspective in order to ensure maximum value of my activities. I consider myself adept at handling all aspects of securing support and progress for the initiatives that I am a part of, and I navigate naturally in both political and entrepreneurial organizations. I work in the intersection between management and organization, and I feel best when I am both involved in the decision-making and executing process. I am enterprising and productive, and I achieve my goals because of my natural open-mindedness, persuasiveness and ability to understand other people and what drives their behavior.
