Contributed to reduce cost of operations by leveraging the digital shift. ✅ Successfully executed datacenter consolidation and cloud migration for one of the largest Investment company in GCC ✅ Established and led a remediation task force to address over sixty thousand legacy vulnerabilities, risk, audit and regulatory deficiencies across technology layers to meet compliance requirements. ✅ Played a pivotal role in implementing PCI DSS controls for a leading financial institution. The institution became the first bank in UAE to be PCI DSS certified. ✅ Implemented ITSM processes at FGB and FAB, ISO 20000 and IT continuity processes for international operations. ✅ Successfully set-up the transformation project delivery function to execute transformation projects for 45+ entities. ✅ Executed the largest BFSI Integration & Merger of IT infra in EMEA region (Integration of NBAD and FGB, 2 large banks of UAE). ✅ Efficiently led multiple transitions of IT managed services for infrastructure and security operations.
