Ieva Liobytė

I was born and grew up in Lithuania, a small town called Utena. I left when I was 19 years old to explore the world and challenge myself in the field, which back then I loved the most: chemistry. Besides my passion for chemistry and mathematics, during my school years, I spent 5 years attending art school. This is one of the reasons I have a diverse profile: being very creative and at the same time very data-minded. This combination leads me to the best decision taking. During my studies, I have realized that I am too social to carry on experiments in the lab by myself. I started to be fond of healthy food, and fitness. Finally, I managed to combine them both. I enjoy connecting science to our daily life and eating habits. I love developing healthy and tasty food available for everyone worldwide. I have 5 years of experience in product development and engineering. I have spent 2 years working on dairy brands such as Activia, Actimel, and Danone. Later, I followed up by working on plant-based fermented foods at Alpro.
