I loved the job and everything that came with it, but after 5 years of this fast pace life I started feeling overwhelmed and burnt out. ∎ So in 2011, I made a decision, and together with my husband to be, we packed our lives and moved to complete unknown, but enchanting Italy.∎Brick by brick we built our business and life from scratch here. As a Manager and a University taught Educational trainer, I felt content working for myself. I had space and time to get to grow personally, to find hobbies and make friends. 5 years later our first son was born and not long after we were a family of 4. ∎ Eventually, I left the business in my husband’s hands and fully immersed into parenthood. And then, on my youngest son’s 1st birthday I looked into a mirror and couldn’t recognize myself yet again: I looked and felt mentally and physically exhausted! I didn’t just feel overwhelmed and drained, I felt numb to the world around me.
