Applying Agile apporaches, PMP and TQM tools, I act as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner, depending on the team/project I am working on. I have acted as Project Manager and contributing Product Manager for various R&D projects and products, working in multidisciplinary teams. I am accustomed working in Scrum, Kanban, Kaizen and 1Point TPM, remote management and quality control, using multiple tools for collaboration, monitoring and reporting.
