Igal Futerman

With 6 years of experience in sales and marketing, 3 of which on the sales floor and the last 3 as a customer relations manager and shift manager. I have gathered a big set of skills and sale methods and I am fluent in English, Hebrew and Russian. In my current position I have to deal with client complaints and resolve serious problems until the client is satisfied while also handling the agents work assignment and schedules. I am a team player with very high work ethics and always willing to lend a hand. In addition I have finished a copywriting course and got a diploma of copywriting which provided me additional skills I can use. Prior to my work, I served for 3 year in the Israeli Army where I served as a Sargent and to commend a group of around 40 soldiers, this helped me become the team leader I am today.
