As a Procurement Manager with a Master's degree in Innovation and Technology Management, I have gained hands on experience by dealing with the suppliers, optimizing the processes and developing innovative products. With my proficiency in German, I am able to excel in communication and negotiation with domestic and international suppliers while currently working at Lidl Lithuania, the largest retail company in Europe. In the Area Manager Trainee at Lidl Germany and Lidl Lithuania, I had the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience in various roles within the company: Starting from Customer Assistant and progressing through Shift Manager, Deputy Store Manager, and Store Manager positions. While studying Bachelor's studies at the Cooperative State University in Baden-Wuerttemberg in Germany, I gained competencies in innovative product development, delivery business development strategies and improved my business competences in the German market.
