Igor Oliver

I am a young EU Law and HR master graduate with a focus on EU Industrial Relations, Youth and Diversity policies. I have done a two years Apprenticeship in Airbus during my HR masters where I have had the chance to experience an international perspective on HR and especially on Industrial Relations. During these Two years I have worked mainly on two main items: training solutions on EU Labour Law and Member States Labour Law destined to HR and on the conception and harmonisation of Social Policies within Airbus Group. These two years of experience in an international environment only strengthened my determination to work in an international environment, especially in relation to diversity and youth policies.
