- 5 years in Fixed income sales covering Hedge funds , overseas investors and also domestic lifers. - Products: JGBs, swap, swaption also UST and MBS. - Newly built HY credit sales structure for CDS and HY bonds. - handling new accounts opening with deep understanding of operation structure from previous roll. Previous - 9 years experiences of risk management, mainly credit analyst as well as 2 year quantitative segment of Market Risk and 1 year Regulation Reporting. - Strong analysis skills across various industries such as Hedge Fund, Financial institutions and Corporate underpinned by academic background. - Highly trained due diligence skill. - Experience to support Syncretic Prime Brokerage and sub-investment grade products businesses. - Knowledge and understanding of core documentation (ex, ISDA/CSA, GMRA, GMSLA and OSLA) - Understanding of various kinds of products (ex, derivatives including exotic, Repo, SLB, etc.) - Familiar with sophisticated counterparty risk measurement and mitigation techniques (PFE and CVA) - Knowledge and experiences of various regulations of main financial centers. - Business level of English and Native Japanese with excellent communication skills, oral and written. - Strong skills in all office applications (ex, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and VBA
