I have developed excellent communication skills through my two years of customer service-oriented role at Victoria & Albert museum. I worked in a fast-paced, demanding environment in London and daily serviced many customers from diverse backgrounds. I became adaptable in a continuously changing workplace. Moreover, conversing with consumers from different countries strengthened my ability to exchange information efficiently in a demanding role. The role entailed addressing customers’ needs and dealing with complaints which enhanced my decision-making skills. I thrive most in an environment linked with my own personal interests, alongside like-minded people working as one to achieve the same objectives. Whilst also helping others with their own objectives. My core skills include Trilingual in Italian (mother tongue), English (fluent) and self taught French (intermediate to fluent), Digital photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Level 2 Photography (Canons High School) - knowledge SLR cameras, fast learner, and calm under pressure.
