I wanted to let all my friends and colleagues know that I am retiring on April 30th, 2014. I have been given a severance package from Unilever due to some Corporate Restructuring. I have worked at Chesebrough Ponds - Unilever for 37 years doing numerous tasks from working on the Production Lines in the Clinton Plant right up to my present day position of Customer Demand Replenishment Planner. I can say that I will not miss the everyday hustle, bustle, stress and those long 4 hour a day commutes. But I will definitely miss all the people I have met and friendships that have been created throughout my career. This comes at a Great time in my life and I will be able to kick back and relax. I plan on taking the summer off and just bathe in the sun and reflect upon all the Great Times I had in the work place. I also plan on helping my husband get caught up on all our Christmas Tree Farm projects. I will most likely pursue some part time employment after the summer too keep myself busy and interact with people that I really enjoy doing. It was a pleasure working with you all and enjoy your years ahead of you.
