Today my added-value is to facilitate organizational change and develop innovation through cooperation and teamwork, in entrepreneurial environments (SME's, family businesses, social profit organizations, public agencies). Helping organizations and their people to flourish, by designing and facilitating new ways of working/interacting together, that's my mission. Looking at businesses as a source for good, I strongly believe that all organizations can be well by doing good. My previous experience in building client relationships and leading overall operations, within regional and corporate service environments, has proven to be a good resource for understanding the functionalities of different organizational cultures. My applied academic research projects are a constant source of inspiration for my work in the field.
