I have been recognized as a strategic leader with extensive experience working in customer-facing environments leading operations and increasing revenue. I have ascended into leadership positions in my short career by displaying effective leadership skills while training employees to ensure a quality customer experience. I work diligently to engage team members to maximize productivity while ensuring issues were resolved in a timely and efficient manner. What kind of impact do I make on a daily basis? At heart, I am a builder, and I have made an impact in my most recent positions by taking part in marketing efforts that have engaged customers and increased brand awareness. I am known as a resourceful partner, with the adept ability to juggle and prioritize needs while ensuring prompt responses to various business concerns. Here are some of my most impactful accomplishments ► I earned notoriety as a top performing manager and was recognized as one of the top 30 Store Managers in the company by receiving an invite to Presidents Club 2017. ► I consistently leverage my leadership skills that resulted in the promotion of 3 Assistant Managers within the first year and a half of being promoted to Store Manager. ► I routinely exceed expectations which allowed me to earn three promotions going from a tier 3 store to tier 2 and now serving as the Store Manager with a Tier 1 store.
