Career Summary:  Development and Implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) with plans and processes that identify issues impacting quality project delivery, and assist in successful issue resolution.  Audit projects to assess compliance of project quality plans to the policies, processes, and procedures in accordance with the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001, Qatar Construction Specifications, Project Specifications and Ashghal Requirements. Audit programs include Quality Management system as well as Construction Practice audits, in addition to inspection of materials sources and plants.  Capable to prepare Method Statements with ITP, Project Quality Plan & Project Handing over Plan specially for infrastructure project like micro Tunneling Operations, Foul sewer network by open trench, Foul sewer Precast/cast in situ Manhole & House connection Chambers as per specifications requirements.  Capable to Investigate to identify root cause and ensure to implement effective corrective actions for closing the issuance of non-compliance reports (NCR), manage completion of all rectification works, and identify trends in non-compliances in an effort to identify means and measures to prevent reoccurrence.  Extensive knowledge and experience in project planning, budgeting, cost phasing and control from the project initiation to close out phases, utilizing computer based systems (Primavera Project Management 'P6')  Structural Analysis & design of RCC using ETABS,SAFE, BNBC,ACI.
