I have also completed several modifications projects for various clients across the globe. My focus is in the area of Infor M3 financial accounting and controlling. I’m also knowledgeable with the total functionality of Infor M3 and its technical design. Responsibilities: • Ensure smooth functioning of the full implementation cycle (Analysis, Configuration, Training, Acceptance Test, Full Scale Test Go Live and Support) for multinational software (Infor M3). • Work on financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Costing Account and Product Cost). • Collaborate with various support teams in ensuring seamless delivery of projects across France, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Djibouti, USA, KSA, Tunisia, and Morocco in compliance to various SLA parameters. • Prepare functional specifications and design solutions aligned to business requirements of clients. • Draft system design and configuration document, analysis document, to be and as is-gab document, training material document, process description document, design solution document, integrating document based on collated business requirements and organizational procedures. • Involved in implementations, data migration, testing and configuration of ERP modules based on design specifications. • Evaluated and implemented customized solutions to applications based on client requirements. • Designed functional specifications to align project deliverables to business requirements. Maintained updated system design and configuration documentation in compliance to organizational Procedures. • Organized training sessions for end users based on identified training needs. • Maintained updated financial document for every phase in project preparation.
