I have good working experience over 17 years in maintenance, Troubleshooting, commissioning, Start-up and erection activities inFertilizer, combined cycle and open cycle Power plants. Familiar with work permit system and computerized maintenance management system (SAP/MAXIMO) My comprehensive experiencein Electrical Maintenance Department is to plan Preventive / Corrective Maintenance, Trouble shooting and shutdown maintenance activities. Hands on experience on different types of HV/MV, MV/LV (oil/dry type) Transformers, HV/MV/LV Switchgears (GIS, VCB, SF6, ACB), Isolators, GT Generators, ST Generators, Diesel Generators, MV/LV Motors & associated switchgears/starters, PCC & MCC Panels, UPS/Battery chargers, Batteries, MOVs, MV/LV cable jointing and termination etc. Special assignments of Dynamic rotor earth fault of 135MW brushless generator and on-site rotor rewinding. 323MW H2/water cooled generator Vacuum/pressure testing, winding leakage repairs, IR/WR, high-pot testing, Stator wedge mapping & wedges replacement. Transformer oil centrifuging, BDV, DGA testing. 500/220KV GIS gas filling.MV/LV motors overhauling & testing. Batteries discharge test etc. Accomplished assignment in Engro Power Nigeria (3x25MW open cycle power plant). As an Electrical Engineer, responsible for electrical installations, pre-commissioning and commissioning checks of Generators, AVR, and IGPS etc. During that I had the great experience to handle the complete Electrical system independently under normal and critical situations, also I have a very good experience in normal and critical start-up, synchronization, black start, and shut down operations. I have trainings on HSE, Permit to work system, First aid, Fire fighting, Manual Handling, Area classification, Fundamentals of Electrical safety and Passport to safety.
