In my nineteen years of experience in the cargo industry have served different airlines & handling agents in various departments, I have gained lots of knowledge and skills that helps me to drive the cargo operation efficiently and smoothly through organized planning and accurate application. Leading the team to conquer team objectives accurately and consistently, manage and deal with pressures which are always been part of my daily routine at work, makes me become flexible and independent at work all the times. I have the ability motivate myself and my colleagues in order to achieve the assigned tasks. In addition, reporting all the occurrences about the cargo operations through e-mail and directly to my superiors, managers and airline personnel are also parts of my daily routine. By virtue of this rich experience of Aviation Freight Industry I can handle the entire Cargo operations very independently. Objective To find a challenging job to test my skills and experience which I have acquired so far and to look for opportunities where I can make a difference for the organization as well as for my personal growth. As a Lead Cargo Services Agent in Cargo terminal operation, responsible for various activates and responsibilities as listed below... • As a part of manifesting team, I am responsible for planning cargo as per bookings and priorities, keeping in view of destination/transit countries & carrier rules/regulations. • To ensure maximum space utilization, liaise up with cargo revenue management for any change in planning. • Responsible for coordinating and communicating any operational issue with network stations in case any anomaly arises that requires carrier's permission/documents. • Segregation/handling & plan of loads requiring special attention. I.e. DG, AVI, VAL,HUM, OHG, PER. • Preparation and submission of UWS and NOTOC to Load control departments for All Customer Airliners (Qatar airways & other airlines) and coordination for any LMC.
