Hi! I'm Inbar a Wellbeing coach and I Co-Founder of OBIZ 🏆 I am helping people and organizations to assimilate well-being and improve their lifestyles, help them to reach their health and fitness goals, and make a real change towards a Healthy energetic Lifestyle, for life. I do this through individual and group guidance that focuses on changing eating and thinking habits. I am a fitness trainer, Nutrition, and life coach and from my experience, the combination of the three worlds gives an overall view. Also, I am studying industrial engineering and management at Shankar's and co-founder of INTRO- Shankar's entrepreneurship student club ~~~ OBIZ's goal is to help organizations and their employees to assimilate well-being and create a healthy lifestyle that is easy to stick to in a busy routine. Studies show that companies that invest in a healthy lifestyle are more profitable and employees are more satisfied, so we can create a WIN-WIN situation where the company earns more and the employees are also healthier, more productive, and satisfied.
