WHAT DO I DO: I am an internal Recruiter for Royal Caribbean International. Currently looking after shoreside roles for New Build, Shared Services, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea Cruises. Sourcing candidates, coordinating vacancies and onboarding are few of my day to day activities. One of the best parts of my role is to be able to make dreams come true by matching great talent to amazing roles. I am goal oriented, great at relationship building and love a challenge.
