I am an outgoing person, who is interested in other people sincerely - that's why I studied psychology and never regreted this desicion. Because of my positive attitude I'm very good at creating an atmosphere in interviews where candidates feel seen, so it's easier for both sides to assess the degree of fitting and matching. I'm looking for challenges, where I need to use my excellent analytical skills. Even though I'm not a controller, I'd love to evaluate my efficacy and the cost-benefit ratio of measures on the basis of appropriate key figures. Therefore I always view things as a whole and like to act strategically. For changing behaviours and improving procedures it's nessessary to communicate clearly. That's why I'm highly interested in leadership, appreciation and commitment. In my opinion feedback is key for reaching an awsome standard of quality - no matter if it's human resources, operational health management or psychotherapy.
