Kwabena Addo-Mensah is a young and a dynamic Quantity Surveyor with Ten [10] years’ experience in quantity surveying and cost consulting. He has worked on wide range of both Public and Private sector projects involving building and civil engineering infrastructure works. He was also responsible for providing financial cost monitoring and reports. During his rather short stint of practice, he has been actively involved in a number of External Donor Funded Projects, which have been concerned, with the provision of civil engineering infrastructure for rural development. He also featured prominently in the provision of infrastructure for some high profile estate housing projects. He has demonstrable analytical, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possesses the capacity for learning new skills. Accepts challenges as attributes of the industry and strives to give of his best. He has high sense of responsibility towards. Works well in a team and with minimum supervision. He is computer literate, including demonstrable knowledge of MS Project 2000 and other Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and Internet usage. He was also responsible for providing site progress reports and performing other administrative duties.
