Many years of working autonomously in a variety of fields, gaining professional experience and proving the ability to lead a team. Where required, I am happy to be But an integral part in a team-environment with my positive contributions to increase efficiency and transparency. Part of my nature is being keen to take on responsibilities based on the given authority, in collaboration with my supervisor. I am passionate to find solutions for issues instead of procrastinating by searching for problems. It serves me well to maintain my calmness, which makes it easier to deal sometimes with difficult situations and concentrate on resolving matters in the best possible way. Most of my previous working colleagues, management and customers expressed their appreciation for my reliability and honesty. Practised dedication and commitment received positive feedback as well. The ability to see the ‘big picture’ and considering possible future outcomes are part of my normal thinking process. Often this can prevent problems in the workplace. At the same time, I prefer an empowering leadership style, which acknowledges the individual staff as an important part of the process. You will find me well organised and keeping track of active projects. However, I constantly keep myself updated with new innovations and try to acquire further skills. All with my strive to increase efficiency but without sacrifices of the services for applicable stakeholders.
