Ingrid Harvey

I graduated from Victoria University, New Zealand in 2004 upon which time I completed a Bachelors Degree majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. I am a commercially orientated HR professional with significant experience navigating my way through complex global environments and structures supporting leadership and individuals to achieve organisational and personal objectives. I have a passion for changing mindsets and executing through influencing and partnering. In my day to day - you will find me immersed in many things - primarily though, I focus my attention on: * Supporting the organisational with the identification and application of their strategic HR needs * Managing the many and varied Employee and Industrial Relations matters * Supporting leadership through Organisational Change and Development Im a thinker and a do-er, I have a strong work ethic with an ability to drive the HR agenda with purpose and interest. I am well accustomed to working in challenging and changing environments and thus have learnt to think on my feet, with clarity and confidence.
