Ingrid Manevitz

I am a partner in the firm of Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP. I have extensive experience representing clients in real estate-related litigation, including construction defect litigation commenced by boards of condominiums and individual unit owners against condominium sponsors, architects, engineers, and sales and marketing agents. My practice also includes general commercial and corporate law disputes, claims under The Fair Labor Standards Act and The New York Labor Law, and claims of discrimination involving condominium boards and cooperatives. In addition to my litigation experience, I provide general counseling to the boards and property managers of the firm’s hundreds of condominium and cooperative clients. I am admitted to practice in New York, and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. I also serve as an arbitrator for the Civil Court of the City of New York. I graduated from Brandeis University (B.A., History, 1999) and Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 2002), and studied International and Comparative Corporate and Securities Law and European Union Contract Law at University degli Studi di Bologna in Bologna, Italy. In 2015, I was recognized as a New York Metro Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in the areas of real estate and civil litigation.
