In april 2016, I totally changed my carrier path from being a consultant within the IT business, towards being a Production Manager in the media business. I thrive in these types of dynamic challenges and I perform my best when things are at stake, when I am in charge/responsible for it and when I see the team around me enjoy and do their very best. I aslo see the potential in these types of branches when it comes to my organizational and strategic competence which also make this an highlyinteresting field to work in. Time will show whether I'l go back to consultancy, HR or if I'll stay with my new choice of direction! I am open minded. My recent experience has been as a consultant within the IT industry (ERP systems for logistics and HR). Previously, I worked with administrative organizing both in stab and project (The National Railway Company) and I have a MSc Degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology. I genuinely strive for improved work processes and a decrease in excess work load that could be managed more efficient in other ways, in order for the workers to use their skills and competence to the fullest and thus utilizing the potential, as workers who feel valuable and have high work satisfaction will contribute to increased efficiency and profitability to their company.
