Started my Engineering career in 1990 with Chevron Nigeria after graduation as a Civil Engineer. Earned a Master Degree in 1995 and Joined Shell in 1997 as Oil & Gas Engineer. Joined NSE as Corporate Member in 2000 and COREN in 2004. And now admitted as a Chartered Project Professional in 2020. I've been active Project Engineering and Management in the last 23 years focusing on Project concept definition, maturation and Execution with bias in open water and deep water Oil and Gas Facilities Project execution such as offshore Platforms, Subsea pipelines and receiving Facilitates. I have been opportuned to work in project portfolios delivery in several countries starting from Netherlands, Norway, Kazakhstan, Russia, United States and currently involved in deepwater development in Gulf of Guinea in Nigeria. My specific areas of expertise are in Project Management and Engineering of Deep water projects including Front End Engineering design, Bid Engineering, Tendering and Project Execution. In addition, I have extensive experience in Pre-commissioning/Commissioning and start-up of long offshore pipelines. Asset Hand-over, Operations and Maintenance. Also have been active in the Design, Fabrication and Installation of Offshore Jackets/platform including modifications of existing Platforms. Some involving structural and piping modifications of existing Assets involving retrofitting Pipeline Risers and receiving facilities and associated process safeguards, electrical and instrumentation and controls. In delivering these projects played active roles in Quantitative Risk Assessment’QRA’ studies, Hazard Identifications studies, Hazard and Operability Studies HAZOP, Constructibility Studies etc. I have also Led project definition of a deep water Fibre Optic cabling installation project. Currently working as Project Delivery Manager for an OIC focusing on securing a Final Investment Decision for a Major Deepwater Project in Nigeria. Professional Goal is to make a significant impact in any team I 'm involved with to deliver top quartile results from assigned tasks and targets. In the process ensure that culture of learning and continuous improvements is recognized as indispensable aspect of work. I am Chartered Project Professional since 2020, a Fellow of Nigerian Society of Engineers 'FNSE' and also a Fellow of National Institute of Civil Engineers 'FNICE'.
