A highly experienced Professional with over 22 years’ experience in Construction/Mining and particularly, with Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Projects as well as Mining Engineering and Operations, in the UK and overseas, managing multinational teams of up to 49 personnel. Working with Mine Owners, Consultants and Contractors, as the Head, or the Deputy Head, of Construction and Operations Departments, I have gained a wealth of experience in this dynamic and adversarial industry, in multiple jurisdictions and with most Contract Conditions, but particularly, NEC, FIDIC and PPP Contracts. My experience in EPC Projects includes working with the Mine Owner and the Contractor. My experience includes working on UG Mines, Shafts, Metro, Rail, Road and Water Projects. My key attributes are in providing direction to the project teams for the delivery of profitable projects and programmes, on time and on budget and in dispute prevention and resolution.
