I have been working with the Amazon Development Center Chennai since Last 3 years. I have a long track record of helping different projects in Amazon to meet their business goals by making appropriate recommendations that will positively impact their operational effectiveness. Over time I have gained extensive knowledge of business operations,BRD preparation,JAD sessions,Scrum and IT processes, and have learned how to work against tight time deadlines that have conflicting priorities. In addition to this I am detail driven, have a meticulous approach to work and always remain calm when under pressure. As my resume reflects, I have two years of experience as a Device Associate and for past one year i have taken up the ownership for Business Analysis in my recent project. My duties are broad and involve me in writing up technical documentation,BRD, gathering data, calling out JAD sessions, training up new joiner, project planning and delivering informative presentations to senior managers.
