I climbed the senior Leadership ladder mastering art of Management, Administration, Policy Analysis, Security Management, Operations, Counter Terrorism, Communication and Training spread over many years, locations , cultures, institutions and organisations. I abridged the diverse cultural divides from plains, deserts, mountains and mega cities of Pakistan to Villages and towns of East Africa and I now reside in North America. My leadership and Management experiences encompass vast range of multifarious experiences of leading and managing Institutions, Installations, Communities, Municipal Management, Disasters, Emergency Management, Security, Operations, Logistics, Projects, Human Resources, Rescue, Relief & Rehabilitation in diverse Civil and Military settings. Leading, Managing, Administering, Analyzing, Reorganizing, Contributing, Improving and Harmonizing Organisations, Institutions and optimizing resources has become ingrained in me. Teaching potential leaders and managing faculty of large training institutions reinvigorated my faith in learning. My cumulative experience is comprehension of individuals’ and organisational cultures spread over 3 continents. I have led disciplined officers acting at motion of my eye balls; I have motivated procrastinating managers, supervised teams of conflicting individuals with diverse intellects and behaviour and, interacted with senior politicians, managed individuals and institutional performances and decided communities’ feuds. I have helped poverty stricken communities engaged in battles of survival and I have been instrumental in uplifting post disaster and post conflict communities shattered mentally and physically. I have managed and restructured large public sector organisation and experienced managerial cum leadership skills in varying organisational contexts. I am a continuous learner. I remain alive to national and international environment where ever I reside and remain available to communities I reside in.
