Deloitte BPS I started to worked in Deloitte BPS on the position of junior accountant and was promoted during the working period to semi seniur/senior an superviser. I was dealing with daily accounting procedures of clients of various industries (mainly production, trade and development). The served clients were subsidiaries of multinational companies. My activities consisted of day-to-day communication with clients (mainly in English), receiving and processing all accounting documentation and booking individual transactions to the accounting system. I was in charge of preparing documentation for VAT and corporate income tax and communication with tax department. I was responsible for preparation of Financial Statements and closing operations. I also often worked directly by the clients. Between 12/2008-10/2012 I was working on the position of Manager Accountant in one medical company and was in charge of mainly for: • US GAAP accounting • Statutory accounting • Cooperation with auditors and tax advisors • Preparation of VAT overviews • Close cooperation with SSC and HQ in Vienna • Monthly close procedures and cooperation with Finance manager to find out variances between booked and budgeted amounts • Processing contracts • Onboarding and training of new employees • Support to Amgen employees • Implementation of Concur Since 01/2019 In January 2019 I joined AC Sparta Paha, a.s. On the position of head of accounting. I am responsible for of all accounting, tax and statutory tasks of 6 connected firms. I am taking part in consolidation process and work with 5 subordinates.
