Irene Paparo

I'm a fast learner and good at working under pressure. I feel comfortable working within a team and on my own when it's needed. Very responsible and love being in charge and under control. Been working as assistant manager for over 6 years, always been in charge of teams in fast paced environments like Boots and McDonald's and since 2018 I've been working for Compass Group at the Oxford University. Recently I've been promoted to Retail Manager. I'm a people person, I love knowing my employees and create a relationship of trust with them. I'm currently studying an apprenticeship in HR level 3 with Babingdon online. I started before Covid-19 and had to pause it, so I'm in the process of resuming it now.
