I am experienced in leading learning development teams, setting up frameworks and processes for learning and development as well as creating learning journeys and learning activities. I am also experienced in supporting team in improving collaboration, performance and engagement using coaching, high performance team building and agile ways of working. Always designing with learners in mind using agile, design thinking and employee experience approaches. I have worked on several transformation initiatives and created learning in topics ranging from compliance and tech to cultural awareness and feedback culture. My experience also covers performance management, digital learning, virtual facilitation, learning eco-systems, leadership and coaching.
