I am a Senior Partner with Deloitte with over 33 years of experience serving boards of directors and public/private clients primarily in the financial services sector. I have dealt with some of the largest and most complex accounting, regulatory and risk issues facing public companies over the past 30 years. I will be available to serve on public boards starting May 2021. I am viewed as a respected adviser to executive level management and board members on topics such as disruption, corporate governance, risk management practices, regulation, human resources, technology, and operational strategies. I have dealt directly with M&A activities, regulatory investigations, leadership succession and highly complex accounting interpretations. My working style has been described as pragmatic and collaborative, with an ability to explain highly complex matters in an understandable fashion.
