Isaac McKelvey

I moved from Atlanta to Charlotte when I married my wife, Lexie, to provide for my family. I've always been in the service industry, specifically during my education which reached the graduate level where I earned a Masters Degree in Theological Studies at Emory University. I carried my experience in service to the property claims department as an adjuster for Allstate. In this position I have developed lasting skills in customer service, compassion, leadership, efficiency, patience, and organization. I then accepted a field position to move back to Atlanta, Georgia and for two years I assisted customers face to face in their homes to assist in navigating the difficult property claims process. Since volunteering to spearhead Allstate's new virtual property claim handling role, I have worked remotely, handling large claim volume and settling claims virtually with Allstate's industry leading technology.
